Her career includes leadership roles such as Chief Inclusion Officer at Square Results and Global VP of DEI at Sovos Compliance, where her strategies directly impacted compliance, innovation, and retention.
Nina’s impact spans over 60 global companies—designing executive coaching programs, launching global mentoring platforms, and doubling employee satisfaction scores. She brings seasoned governance experience, serving on multiple boards and councils shaping DEI and strategic leadership across industries.
